This Thursday we will talk about Leadership. People and organizations are changing drastically; effective leadership styles have undergone immense change and today more than ever leadership plays a crucial role. This deep change has led to alteration on the required qualities needed to become a good leader.
Leadership skills are not inherited but developed. Leadership is all about daring, dreaming and devoting oneself towards the fulfilment of the dreams. This comprises of delegating work to others, making sure of the completion of the work and meeting the deadline and targets.
Apart from being committed towards his work, a good leader should also be concerned for his people.
